Thank you for choosing The Cookie Project! Please take some time to read our store policy. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Order processing:

We bake your cookies fresh to order.
They are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure availability, order as early as possible.

Custom quotes:

Custom requests or bulk orders require at least 2 weeks notice
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit by the due date specified.
The remaining balance must be paid 1 week before pick-up or delivery date.
Your order will not be completed until we have received full payment.

Pre-orders:

Seasonal sets require pre-ordering and full payment at the time of ordering
We accept payment through Square, which accepts most major credit and debit card
We can only fulfill your order after receiving full payment.

Cancellation:

Unfortunately, we do not refund for orders cancelled
Changes can be made to the order but no later than two weeks of the due date

Cookie care:

Our cookies are baked fresh to order.
They can last up to 4 weeks if kept in their original heat sealed packaging.
Once opened, store in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight.
Do not refrigerate.

Allergens:

Cookies are made in a kitchen that also processes nuts, dairy, gluten and other common allergens.
While we take every precaution to ensure that our cookies are safe for all customers, we cannot guarantee that our cookies are allergen-free.
Please note that the cookies are not organic, gluten free, or vegan. Contact us if you require gluten or vegan option.

Variations:

Seasonal sets are specifically curated and cannot be changed, expect for those with personalisation options.
Each cookie is hand-crafted and may differ slightly from photos.
Packaging may also vary depending on availability.

We take photos of cookie orders for our social media channels.
If you don't want your cookies photographed please let us know when placing your order.
