SHIPPING / PICK - UP POLICY

We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality cookies and a positive shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to ensure that you understand our shipping process and delivery times.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer express post shipping through Australia Post.

  • We also do local pick-up for customers.

Pick-up:

  • We will agree on a pick-up date, time and location at the time of ordering.

  • Please arrive at the agreed upon time to ensure your cookies are fresh and ready for you.

  • Let us know if you are running late to make alternative arrangements.

  • Customer or their agent assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the product/s upon leaving the premises.

  • We do not accept refunds for orders that incur damage once picked up.

Shipping rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the cookies and the shipping address.

  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship within Australia only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address.

  • Generally, orders within metropolitan areas will arrive within 2-4 business days while delivery to regional areas may take longer.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Australia Post may experience shipping delays due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 which are not within our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Packaging:

  • We take great care in packaging our cookies to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

  • Please ensure the address at the time of ordering is correct as a re-delivery fee will be issued.

Return Policy:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.

  • If your cookies arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged cookies and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.
