Customer or their agent assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the product/s upon leaving the premises.

We do not accept refunds for orders that incur damage once picked up.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address.

Generally, orders within metropolitan areas will arrive within 2-4 business days while delivery to regional areas may take longer.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure the address at the time of ordering is correct as a re-delivery fee will be issued.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.

If your cookies arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged cookies and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.
